Ajit Abraham

Ajit Abraham is a Senior Advisor at EPIC World and a Venture Partner at Elevar Equity. He engages in People and Talent partnerships at EPIC World. 

Ajit is a seasoned Human Resources professional with nearly 40 years of experience, both strategic and operational, across diverse and challenging environments. His career spans both well-established and early companies in various sectors, including the Murugappa Group, Birlasoft, Eicher Motors (Royal Enfield), Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Mobil Oil Corporation’s South Asian operations, Sify Ltd, and Ad2pro.

He has a unique perspective both as a Business Manager and an Entrepreneur. His desire to enable people to achieve their potential has been the driving force of his career. Working with Blue collar employees early in his career, helped him to see their aspirations and desires to uplift their family and community, which has been an inspiration in his journey. 

Ajit’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of people's practices. He has realised that one of the key pillars of building great organizations is investing in hiring top-notch leadership talent. A second pillar is developing business-aligned people strategies and interventions that drive performance and recognize talent in the organizations. In his role, he helps find first-class CXO talent for Businesses and advises them on people strategies that help in building organizations.

Ajit holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Manchester. He also holds a training certification from the Industrial Training Society in the United Kingdom.
