Manish Dabir

Manish Dabir is Head of Capital Formation-India at EPIC World. He is passionate about curating capital to serve the 247 million Entrepreneurial Households in India. 

Manish leads a capital formation team that focuses on providing investment strategies specifically designed to support undercapitalized companies addressing Entrepreneurial Households. Manish employs his extensive expertise, network, and specialized skill sets to drive EPIC World’s capital work and co-create capital strategies across asset classes and company lifecycles.

He has almost three decades of experience in the financial sector of corporate India. Manish has worked in financial services since 1995 and with Indian corporations since 2021. His various senior positions have built his expertise in equity, debt, mezzanine and structured finance. He has extensive experience working with both investors and companies in capital raising, corporate finance, and strategic investor relations. Manish’s diverse experience spans leading investment banks like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, CLSA, and global conglomerates like the Aditya Birla Group.

Manish received his Bachelor of Commerce with honours from the Shri Ram College of Commerce.
