With over thirty-five years of experience, spanning significant roles at renowned global organizations like HSBC, UBS, ING and ANZ Grindlays, Ravi has witnessed and participated in the transformation of India’s economic landscape. 

Throughout his career, Ravi has led large teams across multiple functions, including investment management, capital markets, corporate finance, cash management and corporate banking. This breadth of experience equips him with a deep understanding of the sector's complexities and the opportunities for innovation and growth. One of his key roles was as CEO of HSBC Asset Management (India), a leading provider of asset management services to retail and institutional clients in India. He led the $425 Mn acquisition of L&T Investment Management and the successful integration with HSBC Asset Management, cementing the entity into a leadership position. Ravi is a non-executive director on the boards of Bank of Baroda, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company and Accelya Solutions India Ltd.

His pursuit of excellence led him to prestigious institutions like BITS Pilani and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune.
