Windy leads EPIC World’s philanthropic capital strategy, after spending 2024 leading operations and integrated execution as COO. Her commitment to social impact has led to a more than twenty-year career journey in philanthropy and international development in multiple roles. She has been inspired by the aspiration of Entrepreneurial Households in India and around the world and believes deeply in their potential to drive economic growth.

She brings a wealth of experience as a senior executive specializing in strategy, operational execution, stakeholder management and leading high-performing teams to meet ambitious goals. Windy specialises in navigating complex systems and fostering a workplace culture full of compassion and optimism.

Windy is also an unapologetic generalist. From tackling complex, multifaceted challenges at the Rand Corporation to microfinance at Unitus, to working with community development organizations in Peru under a Fulbright grant, her career reflects a quest for creating meaningful change. During her tenure at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, she worked as a Program Officer, with a portfolio focusing on strengthening market systems for livestock keepers in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. At Pivotal Ventures, she worked closely with Melinda French Gates, driving the organization’s vision and partnerships.

Windy has an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Pomona College.
